120 Gallon Bio Deep Hybrid 24Lx24Wx48H; Easy Assembly

The product itself is great however when it shipped to me, it was missing pieces so I'm unable to assemble it and it is too heavy to repackage a return… I've been dealing with customer service for two weeks now to get them to send me the proper parts so I can actually assemble this terrarium that is sitting in the middle of my labor. I've been emailing back-and-forth with customer service and they're unable or unwilling to send me proper information of tracking of the replacement parts that were missing to begin with. I've been emailing with them every other day and get vague information back at this point I am beyond frustrated with a terrarium that is half put together because they cannot send me the proper parts that go with this piece of equipment so I can assemble it this has been going on for over two weeks.
