Company was great to work with. Ac company had broken fan blades on install and mini split company sent a brand new indoor replacement unit to make it work. I bought and second one and it is in my bedroom. Cools nice. Quite operation. Quality of life has improved with this purchase. Great for price. No issues.

Super happy with this purchase. Would definitely recommend this item. The controls the cold air that it provides in our bedroom is amazing especially being a very hot body person cools down our full bedroom.

I have tried ordering a central vacuum cleaner but the order was cancelled When are you going to get it to where I can order it . I do have it in my basket ready to order. I would like to be notified of what can be done

Expected an inexpensive mini-split, got an inexpensive mini-split. AC works perfectly, is very quiet.

works fine so far will see through this winter storm how it performs. Only complaint i have unit had some dents each side %26 top of the outside unit. And also where's the app information for the wifi. shows that it is wifi so i should be able to control from my cell phone. No information how to do this %26 i messaged seller walmart said customer support would be in touch 48 hrs...its been over a week. rather ridiculous. Thats all i want know how to work the wifi!!

they did not send me the line sets I had to pay a technician to come out and now I'm going to have to pay him to come out again

I been trying to contact the manufacturer for over a month with no luck. I paid for the Allstate insurance but they wont honor it because purchased has been under a year. I bought 2 units one works great the second one has a failure code and won't work.

i paid 500.00 to have this installed and it makes a loud noise, I thought this would be perfect, got it on sale, what am I supposed to do with it now?
