I bought this for the 2026 summer season here in Pennsylvania. The price and deal was already worth it but when we got it installed, we were super impressed with how cold it quickly got in here. It covers our whole living room/kitchen area as we have a bigger than normal room. We also suffer from poor insulation in the building we live in so I have a good feeling about this. Definitely need two people to install cause it is heavy but really easy to install.

I have looked a very long time to find the right Air Conditioner to fit my window. This air conditioner cools my downstairs completely. We've had 90° weather and I've had it set on 78 and the downstairs is very cool. It's so quiet. I forget it's on sometimes. Super great price too. I couldn't have asked for a better buy.

quiet, super cold, good fan. it's so much better than our old ac that we had on high 24/7 and it was still hot, the new AC we have on low settings with eco saver and it stays cold. highly recommend this unit.

I bought it at this time of year to use in 2026. I did install it for a quick test. Seem to work good.

very quiet. cooled our master bedroom quickly. room is vaulted. 14x 16. easy to operate. window extension panels on the side were attached for easy fit.

Much quieter than best made traditional window AC in low mode, similar noise in high mode. However the right way is to turn on low mode forever unless it's very hot. Feel the benefit of inverter. My place electricity is expensive because of delivery fee... so it's good for me. I bought at a good deal. After 89.99 shipping fee, still very attractive. I want to replace old window AC in living room. Because that windows has a heat radiator with steam, I have to take off AC every year (otherwise hot air will cause a lot of trouble to AC). So easy installation is very importantly to me. Otherwise I would have bought U-shape AC (I already have one), which is extremely quite like wall AC as compressor is outside of window. It also comes with a free well designed support bracket. However, the installation experience is bad... Not sure how designer thought back to old time... This AC unit has an extra thicker "butt" than normal window AC. It sits well on support bracket. It is critical AC tilts outwards slightly so condensate water in door can flow outside to chill rediators. Without this mechanics, bill at doubles in warm days and triples in hot days. Water drops indoor when the plate is full. In manual also mentioned that angle tilting outside (0 to 4 degree). Because of the thick butt, it's tilting inwards, that's so ugly. I have to reinstall support bracket, loosen skews so it's like joint connection. I have to put some cardboard below. Then there's a small gap at bottom to fill with foam... Anyway it is clearance. No complain as long as it works.

bought in June 2025 and it's March 2026 and it's throwing an F6 error code which indicates a malfunction with the outdoor ambient temperature sensor or a serial communication error between the indoor and outdoor units. even when running the self diagnostic it's saying its running properly

I used this a/c 3 times. the fourth time it would not turn on and displayed an error code E6. I sent out a message to Uhomepro and explained my issue. They stated since I purchased the unit from a supplier they would not help me. I purchased it through the Walmart website. I did not save the box nor do I want to remove it and deal with a return. I am attempting now to find out from Walmart how to get this unit repllaced.

Bought two of these units one worked the other one wouldn't even start. Waiting for the seller to make it right!
