both good and bad features.
got the band for exercises to help relieve pain from an orthopedic problem. I would have preferred one continuous loop, but I made do tying a second band to it, extending it the right length.

works well enough
description says "loop" but it's one long piece, i had to tie a knot in it to be able to use it the way i thought this product was going arrive.

Works great for stretching arms.
Not as much tension as I thought, and the photo is VERY misleading.

Snapped after 2 uses
Unfortunately, after two uses it snapped. I was doing a barre class and I think using it as intended.

The bands stretched out too easily and the color and weight resistance did not correlate to the chart.
