Easy to assemble dispite missing a few lock nuts. Easy to find replacement hardware at auto store. Both my younger and older kids love this. It's fun to ride and easy to run. I will be purchasing another in the future.
My 57 lb 7 year old son has been riding the 4 wheeler for less than 30 days and the back axle has already broken. Walmart won't honor the warranty and expects me to pay $200 more for a part from the manufacturer. I think it's poor customer service and care to pay $1500 for a 4 wheeler that didn't last 30 days with normal riding then expect the customer to buy parts. He is heartbroken %26 so am I. It makes Santa look pretty bad too. Kids and customers deserve better treatment. I'll never trust Walmart or Smart Toys, LLC with another big purchase such as this again. Do yourself a favor and buy with another business.
