Ive used it for only a few days and all I can say is that it works amazingly, it is very easy and simple to load music onto to mp3 player and the sound quality is perfect. The battery life could be better but for how long I use it, it doesn't have to be. Overall I'd say its a great buy for someone who just needs to listen to music without a phone.

I was so impressed by how many features came with this mp3 player and it's super easy to use. It's almost like a tiny phone. I've already put like 300 songs and I still have plenty of room. Definitely do not regret this purchase and actually plan to get it as a gift for another music lover I know

I thought this device would be of low quality and sound, but it compares to the high quality brands. My son which is 17 and very critical of everything, loves it.

First the positives. This is a well designed and well built device. It feels solid and the display is easy to read. The dual headphone output is a great feature that allows music sharing. The programming is exactly what you need with clear choices. It is nice to be able to search music out by the artist, the album or the song. I had an opportunity to take this on vacation and used two functions (music and radio). It does a fine job of holding a charge and charges quickly. Almost everything was great! But there are two negatives. The first is loading music to the device. It had a hard time organizing albums from CD into albums in the MP3 player. I now have several intact albums and three that ended up scrambled into a singe album with no name. The song titles always stayed accurate but I have three songs listed as song %231 and they are at he top of the list. The other negative is the "synch" function. after loading several albums the device failed to synch and it could not find any of my music. I had to reload all of the songs and start over. As a backup, I manually copied the full song package to an extra memory chip. If you play from the memory chip it lacks certain functions like sorting by album. In the big picture, once I managed to get the music copied and synchronized, it worked great. I would buy this again with no hesitation.

was happy to find tbis with all the storage. needed to find something that music and videos could be seen but not able to connect to wifi. Bluetooth connectivity with my ear phones and my speaker.

solid build quality is made of metal but scuffs and scratches easy dropped twice has only cosmetic damage works great screen is readable but switching to open folders is a bit finicky and has a customizable equalizer with 6 sliders

Power button broke not even a week after it arrived. permanently stuck so its a pain to turn this thing on now.

the UI is extremely uncomfortable to use. The lock button doesn't work. The Bluetooth function only really works if you keep the Mp3 player within 4 ft of the earbuds, any further and it started glitching pretty bad. not worth the money.

Difficult to navigate with normal sized hands.
