great customer service a part of the trampoline came damaged, the basketball hoop, and they sent out a new one to replace it which came in a timely manner would definitely recommend

Super fast shipping, pretty easy to put together definitely need two people for the spring assembly and the net. my only complaint is the little piece you use to join the top ring of the net to the pole with the basketball hoop is a royal pain to get and stay in place! and weaving the cord to secure the net to the trampoline is also a pain lol but its good quality and my son loves it!

Great trampoline!! We got it for our daughters birthday and she LOVES it! We were able to assemble it in about 2 hours, my only complaint would be that the instructions are a little unclear however if you look at it close enough you can figure out what they meant.

we ordered the 12' powder coated black trampoline. unfortunately we were sent the unpowder coated version. other than that the trampoline is fine and serves its purpose. kids like the bball goal, I added lights and a sprinkler to it as well.

This trampoline was super hard to put together. It took 3 people to put it up. The pole broke within a few days and it is metal I am not sure how it broke!

This item was defective the wholes was not in the correct spot did not want to assist with a return or refund do not order from them.

Poles did not have holes to put springs in. When I tried to return it to Walmart, Walmart said this was a 3rd party. I would have to reach out to them!

Ordered the one with net on outside. Didn’t get it. Got net on inside. No way kids were waiting to send it back and get another one.

Missing all hardware!
