I had an issue with the trampoline I purchased and they quickly took care of my issue and made sure that I was not inconvenienced in the process. The customer service is great!

Easy to assemble.

Pretty easy to put up… my 3 yr old and 13 yr old love it. Especially the basketball hoop. Very well designed

Fairly easy to assemble and high quality for the price. My daughter absolutely loves it!

No great quality as they advertised. Light weight, no wind resistance, didn't feel safe for my kids.

Item is barely 1 year 6 months old and it is falling apart! The stitching has come undone on the part that connects the springs to the trampoline. I'm in Southern California and the weather is not a huge factor, it just started falling a part one spring at a time. Not worth the money!

Here are the pictures of trampoline that we could not assemble. My son and daughter in law and I work on it and the part are not working right . so what are you all going to do about.

DO NOT BUY. I repeat. DO NOT BUY, or get prepared to go back and forth with the seller for months for a return or refund if it never happen. When I purchased this items, I tried returning it, the seller begged me not to returned and offer me a 5 percent discount. After paying someone $200 for assembly, we realized that the item was missing sooo many parts, contacts seller and Walmart maybe 5-6 times, and not 1 person was able to assist me due to the seller being a 3rd party seller. FALSE DESCRIPTION of the ITEM !!!! The net is NOT even the correct size(see picture). The zipper would not close( Kids can fall out). The medal parts are bended and make a weird noise. Sound like it going to shattered everytime my daughter gets on it. I get very nervous whenever she gets on it. I now have to pay someone to take this trash down in order to order a better one. PLZ STAY AWAY for the safety of your children, and the seller would not pay you no attention after purchase. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS STRESS !

The trampoline was great until a wind storm bent a section of the top rail. I've emailed customer service multiple times to find a replacement part and no response. Can't seem to find a replacement part online anywhere so it's useless now.
