Noisy
The cooling fan on the unit is noisy, which makes me question its longevity. It works so far and I'll have to say "so far, so good."

Whoever delivered threw it from their vehicle into my driveway and it broke when it landed, box was dented, So I reordered it and it was also thrown 30 feet onto my driveway and luckily it survived. Your delivery system is flawed.

Instead of charging it drained my 3 month old lithium battery. Not sure it can even be saved now....
