Great battery, I really like that it's Bluetooth enabled and I can check on the batteries charge from my phone. I am using it in an RV to run my refrigerator while I am driving. I have installed the app that monitors the battery on an old phone which I wiped clean. I don't have a sim card in it and it is not connected to WiFi.
I especially liked the fact that it is equipped with bluetooth access to an app that manages the BMS. I especially don't like that the app seems to be spying on me and that it is made by a Chinese company. For some reason it has to communicate through WiFi in addition to the comms to the battery through Bluetooth. That additional WiFi sharing of my info seems totally unnecessary and highly suspect, but I want the access to the BMS so I accede to the demand. I would much prefer a straight forward app and probably would have bought a different product if it had same specs and price but a better app.
Only had this about a month, but so far, it's lasting quite a bit longer than the normal batteries. It seems a little less powerful pushing the boat. Also, in the manual it says you can lay them on their side, but to contact the company first for instructions. I've sent 5 emails with no response.
It is hard to review something I have not used yet. I bought it for a big camping trip coming up for the 4th. hopefully it works as good as it looks as that is the only thing I can judge it on at this moment.
i have 4 of these batteries to get my solar system up and running to find out I have 1 that's only lasted a very short time with an equalizer it's lagging way behind the others not sure why
I don't know about the battery yet. It's been delayed in shipping by FedEx because it apparently has to go thru every state in the US on its way to me. Ordered on 6-16. Order processed on 6-17. in Newark, NJ. Package shipped from Arcadia, CA on 6-18, then to Newberry Springs, CA, then to Canton, TX, then to Woodward, OK, then to Coal City, IL, then to Lebanon, IN, then to Independence, KY, where there seems to be a weather delay even though it's sunny and 70 degrees (I'm 10 miles away). I's 6-24 and I still don't have my order and don't know when I'll get it. Maybe on 6/25. The delivery date when I ordered said delivered by 6/21. On top of all that, FedEx delivered the second part of this order on 6/21, except NOT. They delivered someone else's package. I contacted FedEx to pick it back up, but when they delivered my package (correct), they did NOT take the other package. I waited an additional day, but they didn't show, so I delivered that person's package myself to the other side of town. FedEx had always had problems, but even though I didn't think it possible, they are getting worse. I would like Walmart and their third party sellers to identify the shipping method before I finalize an order so I can avoid items that will be shipped/delivered (maybe) by FedEx.
The instructions with the battery say to charge it before using. I connected it, but it will not charge. It also sounds like there is something loose inside the battery. I contacted their customer support and am getting nowhere. They keep asking questions, like what the voltage of the battery is, and if I know the charger is working. My guess is that their support is outside the US, since they only reply late at night. I answer one question, then have to wait until the next day to see their reply, which has been another question. I'm getting nowhere and need to install this battery in my RV. I would not recommend this battery because of the lack of support when you need it.
Have only had these batteries for 6 months and 4 charge cycles. One battery already will not charge and info shows high temp. Contacted Walmart for return and was advised someone would reach out to me. Never heard a thing. emailed the manufacturer for assistance and still no reply. I am scrapping these junk batts. and buying 2 Li Time brand batteries. They seem to have better reviews and support. Do not waste your money on these cheap batteries.
broke with in a month. walmart does not accept returns to the store as advertised. terrible service from manufactur
I have had the battery for 1 month and it stopped working. I reached out to the company and they have asked me to disassemble the battery and take photos of the inside. I feel this is unreasonable. At this point I just want my money back and I will purchase a more reliable battery
