If you have a UPS with a weak battery then all you really have is a power strip, to gain the benefit of a UPS it must have a strong battery. The company is great to do business with and will quickly respond to any request for assistance. I am very pleased with my purchase

Product was sent by a third party vendor and Walmart took no responsibility for a problem with the product delivered. This must be the new Walmart customer service culture. I would never have ordered from an unknown seller that Walmart sent me to. It was deceptive, disappointing and as close to a scam as I have experienced. If you have the choice between ordering from Walmart or Amazon….pick Amazon for sure !
