Good trash can so far. Works great, I wish I didn't have to take off then lid completely to throw out the trash but I really do like the touch less part. I would recommend it and I love the color.

Looks good in the basement next to the clothes dryer. We keep it there for the lint. The automatic lid works like it's supposed to. I plan to buy another one of these cans for the kitchen.

I do like how it opens and close . it says stainless steel black but it's not. for 13 gallon it's very small compared to my other 13 gallon I have

so the price was right for this item because it was reasonable. however, I was thinking it would be a little more sturdy and heavier so I can't say that it was great quality but it was mediocre. I was worried because I could foresee this getting dented very easily. other than that it was a pretty good garbage can. I did end up returning it because it just wasn't the quality I was looking for

Im very satisfied with the hands-free function! The size and color are just what i expected as well.

It's shorter than I expected, and requires very close proximity (waving your hand close to sensor). I am average height, about 5,10", but it requires me to stoop or bend over to activate it. The need to get really close to activate the opening response also causes the lid to hit the item one is throwing out with unfortunate frequency.

I bought this to replace my old Mainstays automatic trash can (that I loved) whose motor died was discontinued. This item is inferior to Mainstays in every way: -Both trash cans are 13 gallon, yet this one is about 5 inches shorter. As a result, I have to bend down to activate the automatic lid. I'm not a tall person. -Metal is flimsy when compared to the other. -This “white” trash can has a black rim around the bottom of the lid. Disappointing. -The rim that keeps your trash bag from showing is cheap and flimsy. I predict it will eventually break. -The sensor isn't sensitive enough to consistently open the lid on the first try. When it does open, the lid stays open for longer than it needs to. Anyhow, I'm super disappointed that I wasn't able to replace my Mainstays trashcan with another Mainstays trashcan.

The lid is a completely different shade of red (darker) and plastic. Definitely not worth the price and it was a good fit

Trash can had at least two or three cracks at the bottom of it, and the lid was all scratched up and to top it off. It's supposed to be motion sensor less, so when I put batteries in the lid, that part didn't even work!. It's been almost a month that I requested a refund and I still haven't received my money back yet. I called them again and the agent is telling me that I have to wait again because it's not even noted that I called the first time! Can u believe this crap? I still haven't heard anything regarding my refund yet. when I say, I am so upset about this because I had to save up to get this trashcan. This trashcan came in a color of red burgundy and it cost me 60 something dollars! I am at the point to where I don't even think I'm gonna order anything else from Walmart again and I have been a WALMART customer for a long time. I'm very unhappy, upset and dissatisfied!

i love it but it has a big dent in the back of it. i didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it so i just ut it u against a wall so you can't see it
