It is nice, but made out of plastic. This could have been perfect if it was made of better quality and glass.

Lovely design. It would have been nicer if the template was one piece of paper and some of the pictures were larger. My only complaint was it was more expensive than other retailers for the same item.

It is made of a cheap plastic. Kind of like something from a dollar store. Definitely NOT worth the almost $60. I was expecting something much nicer for that price.

Good design, but very cheaply made plastic arrived broken

It has been over a month trying to get a frame replaced that was missing from my display. I made contact with the company several times because of them not getting the order right 3 times, plus not getting back to me or sending out replacements but wrong item in a timely manner. They would send the wrong color and / or size. My missing item was a black, 4”x6” frame (no mat). The first time they wound up sending me a distressed antique gold colored 8”x10” frame w/ 4”x6” mat. The second time they sent a distressed antique gold colored 4”x6” frame.
