Usually the pizza rolls are good normally I buy the pepperoni rolls but today I was grocery shopping and I picked up a bag of combination rolls after having surgery a week ago I wanted something easy to heat up and eat i was surprised that they tasted awful no flavor at all kinda a waste of money
For years Totinos was the only brand of pizza rolls i would buy.. nothing else would come close in comparison. However, I just purchased based my last bag. Every since they changed the formula, they lost everything good. They taste like the worst off-brand possible. The crust is dense and flavorless and the filling isn't any better. Whiy did Totinos completely ruin their best product?!
The pepperoni pizza rolls no longer contain ANY pepperoni. I mean, it's in the name. “Pepperoni Pizza Rolls” but I could not find a single piece of pepperoni. This is false advertising at this point. I've bought so many bags of these, and since 2020, the pepperoni disappeared.
I been buying them lately and I noticed the claims of them having pepperoni in the bag, but upon eating them most of them have just the cheese sauce and that's it. You don't even taste the pepperoni, are they being cheap? Because this food item isn't cheap especially the pepperoni not being inside it.
I used to love them. We watch our carbs so we decided as a Christmas treat we would have them. They are terrible. Definitely a new recipe. The have almost no filling. Just Terrible and a waste of money.
I have regularly eaten these pizza rolls since my childhood. I stopped a while back, but decided to pick some up the other day. The recipe is different, to say the least. But to say the most: the flavor is appallingly terrible and I literally ended up throwing them in the trash. My belief is that bad foods can be okay once in a while if the flavor is worth it. This literally takes like absolute garbage. I don't know what they did to their recipe, but this most certainly will be the demise of the brand. Horrendous flavor. Please change it back.
These are not pizza rolls, they are rolls with NOTHING INSIDE. Why is this still happening, I'm reading reviews from several months ago, with the same complaint, yet here we are 5+ months later and these pizza rolls are still empty, hollow, small dough clumps!! This company needs to get back on track, before they run themselves out of business!! I will not be buying these again! What happened???
For the first time in a longtime I caught the namebrand on sale and thought I'd relive childhood snacky-dinner....these were absolutely horrible. They have completely changed the recipe and eliminated any trace of a pepperoni aside from the taste of pepperoni grease. Nothing but unmelted miniscule cheese specs and goop inside of a stale and chewy pocket. Would not recommend whatsoever.
Reduced in size by a third, cost up 50% and biggest complaint is there's NO FILLING! I'm paying double for some dough. What a crock, I've never been more upset. Do not buy
I have loved Totinos pizza rolls forever, but haven't purchased in several years after they messed with the recipe. I came to their website, only to see if they had possibly reverted back to the old recipe. But no such luck. Every single person I have spoken to about it agrees that they are just awful now. Come on, Totinos! Fix this
