Well packaged, double boxed. Outer box shows some damage but inner box protects the item. Everything was in the package. Operating instructions are vague but the units controls are straightforward. Shower hose was kinked at shower head. Need to cut off about 1 inch of tubing and reattach. Outdoor shower for pool and spa/hottub.

I tried two different hoses while connecting it to my house which is a mobile home. Thepipes in my house are half inch diameter. When I had connected it with the hoses that came off my hot water tank which are three quarter inch it ran correctly. When I tried to connect it with my washing machine hoses it would not run correctly. Kept shutting off after a short duration. Also it is not waterproof and you will need to provide cover from the rain.

i was very much happy with the entire purchase of this produt arrived in timely manner easy to set and use looking forward to many years of hot shower baths and dishes

it came with everything, very easy to install, arrived on time and was left where i asked it to be left at.

I looked over the instructions and I will need something like a bilge pump to attach to the water intake part because I will be in camp and there is no running water there. It will be nice to have water on tap for showers and dish water on demand. The ice is flowing on the river so I cannot test this product yet

The unit works right out of the box. No problems setting it up. Great price! There are few issues I have with it... 1. Doesn't come with an inlet hose and you will need a (garden) hose with 2 female ends. 2. The outlet hose to the showerhead is not long enough, especially since you need to keep the heater away from water (it's not waterproof apparently). 3. The fire doesn't stay lit for long durations. About a minute (maybe?) and then the water turns cold. Have to turn off water and restart the process. 4. The operating instructions aren't extremely clear. Here's a tip though: turn the water on (both at the inlet and have the showerhead flowing), then turn on the power switc

Never shipped... no explanation, don't know if I should try to re-order. Was refunded after about 2 weeks, even though I never asked for a refund. Just wanted the water heater.....

This is a very bad water heater I would like my money back. It has no control over the temperature And goes to scalding hot immediately and I have not been able to use it even after trying all kinds of things to try to make it work.

So it tells you to turn the gas to the lowest setting and the water flow to the highest. Nothing happens. If you turn the gas to the lowest and the water flow to the lowest, it lights, then quickly reaches 52C and shuts off. They all seem to do this. One would think that if the water flow was at max, it would not reach the max outlet temp and shut off, but it won't start like that.

It advertises itself is an outdoor shower And the pilot light will not stay led if there's any type of wind minimal or not it will not stay lit So no pilot light lit no hot water But when it does stay lit which was one time It was great.
