OMG. This is the most comfortable couch I’ve ever had in all my 50 years of living! It is HEAVENLY. It is so soft and comfortable. Of note, I’ve noticed that many of the cloud couches lack back support. This one doesn’t have that problem. That is why I picked it after days of searching- and it did not disappoint. It is also large and beautiful. I highly recommend it!

This little sofa was super easy to put together. Although there were two metal pieces that were not mentioned, or in the instructions, it was clear what they were for. it was listed as dark gray, and it is a dark gray, but it's actually more blue, which is perfect. it matches the area rug that was too small for our master bedroom, that was going to be used in this space anyway. it does sit a little low, but it's firm not hard. So that's not an issue.I'm only five foot two, so it's perfect for me. so unboxing was simple. just use the cutting tool.They provided you'll probably need something slightly sharper for the ends because of all of the compression packaging to hold it all together. Just be very careful not to slice your new couch. this is so soft, the cover is wonderful. just let it out of the packaging and let it take shape.The pieces were not well explained in the instructions as to where they go. But common sense prevailed. we're using it for an enclosed porch that we're fixing up that had previously just been used for old lawn furniture and storage.

I love it because when I sat on it, it was so comfortable, and every person that comes to visit wants to know where I got it from because they are interested in buy one as well.

This sofa setup is amazing. Less than $700.00 when we purchased it. Couldn't be more pleased! only concern was the delivery of the Sofa, it was 2 different shipments and came a day or two apart from each other. Be patient, it's worth the wait! Sofa is so stinking comfortable! Love it!

Extremely uncomfortable!you can't lean back or sit with your feet on the floor. the girl sitting on the sofa is just a shrunken image to make the sofa look large. i have been trying to return it with no luck.

Only received one part of sofa set

unfortunately this couch is not as described. The high back is pillows that are placed on the top of the couch, and not the true back of the couch. a normal size adult weighing 200 lb Will sink into the couch. The description of the couch says it can hold up to 900 lb however I don't see how that's even possible without somebody being on the floor. My 8-year-old could sit on it without it sinking in but it makes me believe the lady in the picture probably weighs less than 100 lb. It is soft like a velvet blanket. I am working on trying to return this now. their customer service is very hard to deal with and they are trying to avoid the return. I think if you were getting this for a kids playroom it would be great but as a sectional couch In a living space where average size adults are using it, It is not good choice. The one star review is based on the description of the couch and what I received as well as my interaction with their customer service.

Item is not as depicted in picture! It is very flimsy with no support. It sits on the ground with no supports. The pillows are not the same as pictured and the armrests sit on the couch with no attachment so it can easily fall off

My sectional couch came in 3 separate packages. That was okay. However it arrived 4 days apart so I only had half a couch for 4 days. Then when the last and final piece arrived and I unboxed it allowing 48 hrs for it to fully expand. Now having all three pieces together it is very obvious the third piece recieved is very low quality. feels nothing like the other 2 pieces doesn't stand at the same hight is not leveling properly and is 100 times less firm and doesn't support weight. Also the back pillows lack filling and look horrible. the quality of foam and the firmness of one of my end pieces is very different one is good andfirm the other is very poor quality and doesn’t support weight.I am very disappointed.
