Shampoo smells great however the conditioner hardly has scent wondering if this product is genuine. Would pass.

Needs better shipment packaging to prevent dispenser damage in the conditioner bottle (shampoo was okay). Dispenser was broken as it bounced within the box while in transit. The value proposition and price point of this product warrants proper protection such as some sort of bubble wrap to allow proper dispensing for the duration of its use.

Not a happy customer
They do not know how to package products. My shampoo came in with a broken pump. I have tried emailing them. At first, they responded and wanted picture of damage and order number. Then I heard nothing back from them until couple weeks later. Called customer service and they are trying to help me. Nothing sorta out as of today. I placed order Jan. 3rd

The product was already damaged. The bottle had the leak already in both the ones and I've returned it back to the store.
