Great Customer Service! Sam and Sinlyn were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout my experience. When my printer arrived, I noticed the shipping box had been slightly damaged during transit, and one of the wires was damaged as well. I contacted customer support, and they responded right away. Sam and Sinlyn quickly arranged for a replacement wire to be shipped and guided me through the entire process. They made sure I had everything I needed to get my printer up and running. Sam is an excellent engineer—very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help every step of the way. Both Sam and Sinlyn were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. I'm very glad I made this purchase. The printer is amazing and produces vibrant, high-quality prints. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend both the product and the customer support team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
