14" Metal Cutting Chop Saw S355CPSL

I've been looking for a cold cut saw for a long time and they were always way over budget for my small shop. This one didn't break the bank while bringing the quality and safety that I require in my equipment. I would recommend Evolution cold cut saws to everyone.

Having come from an abrasive saw with an adjustable fence that took a bit of time to set accurately along with the flex of an abrasive blade. The cold cut is great, very fast, accurate and clean cuts. The fence is very quick to set and easy to read. Being left handed having the safety switch inside the handle is nice too. Very happy with making this purchase.

I use to use an abrasive chop saw and was just tired of have messy cuts and the cuts were never straight. This saw makes straight clean cuts that are ready to weld. I also got the stand also and that is worth it also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far alrighty good with the saw. I would say my only complaint would be that lining up where the blade is going to cut the material isn't super easy. Could be user error.

If you are a professional or DIY metal worker you need this saw. Cut very accurately with little heat or burs. My only complaint is I should have bought this sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The saw works very well. Compared to an abrasive cutoff saw it's no comparison. Cuts like butter. My two complaints are that when clamping at 45 degrees the clamp pulls your piece out of 45 as you tighten it. They need to fix this somehow. Also the saw is packed in styrofoam which is not recyclable. They should switch to cardboard. I would also like to see a shop vac attachment as this saw produces 10000 tiny metal splinters that are almost impossible to collect
