14,000 BTU (10,000 BTU DOE) Portable Air Conditioner Cools 700 Sq. Ft. with Dehumidifier and LCD Remote in White

First off we noticed that whoever was responsible for engineering the packaging itself used brilliant forethought in choosing all the protective pieces that actually ensure the unit will reach its destination unscathed. (Honestly - please give them my best regards! Nobody seems to do this anymore!) Plus, FedEx didn’t run over it with a truck or stop drop and roll it before it was perfectly delivered to our porch, and it arrived on time! Kudos! On to the unit itself: It’s nicely designed with attractive lines and perfect size. My handyman hubby has it set up already, venting out a finished interior/exterior wall hole as he has prepared with prior AC units. It will be utilized in our large, vaulted ceiling living room once outside temps increase, and the noise level won’t interfere as much with TV watching as the old unit did. The remote is a new feature for us, and it’s convenient to have the ability to control the louvers when needed, along with all the other usual variables.. Again we haven’t run it for its intended purpose yet, but are very satisfied with our initial impressions and test run, and are confident we selected the brand and model that will best serve us with summer comfort this year!

bought this as a backup AC as my central AC is getting repaired. It quickly cools down a large room. My two points for improvement are to limit the initial current as when the compressor starts the lights in my room blink. The second improvement is to add adjustable fins to redirect the output air. Overall a good product.

It worked for 2 hours and then quit.. Do not buy, it looks nice it's not that noisy, it never really cooled the space I was trying to cool 330 square feet room. There isn't anyone you can call for support. They won't do anything except make you make a video and email it to them then they decide whether or not to send a new one. I'm not tech savvy and I don't know how to make a video and get it to send in an email. The whole process is sickening. Don't bother with this air conditioner or company.

Water leaks you have to keep pouring out , it has been well installed but keep dripping water , I bought protection plan and they don't want to cover it what a hassle! Don't buy it ! I read other reviews and they said the same but I thought they were exaggerating and nope they were right!

I bought this because it's supposedly so quiet but it literally is not. It sounds so loud even on sleep mode.

opened new box part was cracked tried to call and have them replace and no one called so waste of my time i’ll go with a different brand.
