14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner up to 700 Sq.Ft.with Heating, Wifi Enabled, Remote Control, Auto Swing(White)

We bought this AC after considerable research. We needed something with a minimum of 14k BTUs to handle a very large kitchen. We also wanted something that we could control remotely, and made minimum noise. I decided on this unit because if it failed I could return it at my local Walmart store without shipping. We have been very pleased with this AC unit. I already had the Smart app so I was familiar with it's use. Our dogs live in the kitchen and now we can check and control the temperature from anywhere with a connection. However, even if we cannot check the status, the unit will kick on at a preset temperature. This unit keeps our large kitchen cool even on hot days. I have not measured the decibels of the unit, but it runs quiet enough. My only complaint is that the window attachment was too large for our very small window opening. Therefore, I had to saw the plastic insert to fit. However, that wasn't too big of a job. All in all we have been very pleased after a month of operation.

First and foremost, the installation process was a breeze. thanks to the straightforward instructions provided. The compact size and portability make it a versatile option for any room in my house.The WiFi control feature is a gamechanger. Being able to control the cooling settings from my smartphone using the dedicated app is incredibly convenient. Whether I'm at home or away, I can easily adjust the temperature, fan speed, and mode without having to physically interact with the machine.

This aC is awesome. It's made such a difference in keeping my home comfortable. I like the controls both on the a/c and the remote control.

Can heat or cool a main bedroom, but not automatically. Thermostat doesn't stop the fan. This really irritates my wife. Using the app, you blow heat or you blow cool. You're either too hot or too cold. There's no "stop" in the app. Wake up and adjust it again!

The window kit is too large for my normal size window. I thought all of those kids were universal . And as of now, I can't hook it up to my Wi-Fi. So either I return it or I have to buy a window kit for it.

Absolutely terrible had it for 24hours in a brand new remodeled house it flooded my floor and damaged 350$ worth of carpet discolored my new carpet and everything it didn't come with a remote or a drain tube I spent 450$ on this product and just sent it back to Walmart today and do not buy this product it will just cuts you more money after you buy I now have to buy new carpet pads and new carpet again

it stopped working and I'm getting the run. around!

contacted company through email without response. no phone number given to contact them. Huge process if need to return.
