Shipped fast easy to put together fast bike that you don't even have to pedal to go seems to be good quality too nice tires stuff even comes with all the tools to put it together light is bright only down side wish it had a brake light . I also like that you can take the battery off and charge it away from bike. Guess we will see how long the drive train last.
Got the bike and it worked for about a week then wouldn't start. I messaged seller on here and got an email stating to message them on what's app with a %23 so I did, no response at all. Walmart customer service just wants us to return but do nothing to try to fix it. Very disappointed! Had to take the bike to an electric bike shop to pay to get it fixed! Ridiculous!
Lies on the review, was rated 4.8 out of 5 with over 50 reviews when I bought two of the bikes for $1360 total. Later the bike was reduced to $550 each with a new rating of 2.4 out of 5. Lies on the motor wattage as well, says right on the motor 500w, not 1400w like advertised. We bought extra batteries and because of the low resale value we are have to keep the pieces of 💩. Also the throttle gets stuck on max plus if you squeeze the brakes too hard they pop and let free. A safety nightmare and piece of 💩. We all should get all of our money back!
false advertising, ad claims 1400watt motor and it comes with a 500watt no power motor. very cheap components also. Sending it back for a refund .
