I bought the original Babyliss Miracurl back in 2018. It still works wonders and my sister has been begging me to let her have it so I'm passing it on and buying this newer version. I saw a review that says she had to cut her hair off. 1. Don't over stuff the MiraCurl this is not a malfunction it's a user error 2. If your hair gets stuck - immediately unplug and work your hair our toggling left and right. It will come lose and you will learn how much is too much. 3. Test your curl settings before a big event so you can get the maximum wow factor!! I personally enjoy the alternating curl setting. Cheers, Felicity
