Second time purchasing
half of the springs were missing from the box so we had to purchase the other box of springs elsewhere. and it took much longer to get here than you said and i stayed home and waited for it for days andyou could have updated me to let me know the correct date of delivery.i would like to know how i will be compensated for this mishap bc these springs are not cheap!!
I will not order a thing from this person company bad customer service. My trampoline had came to my house and the box was damaged also. It was missing parts out out of it and I took a picture and they had told me that they would send my parts in the middle of the month and they did not. I would not even given them a one star they don't have a phone number that u can talk to them. I would not order agin and I am a person read the reviews on my thing before I order any thing
