The basketball hoop is such a fun bonus and keeps them entertained even longer. Assembly took a bit of time, but everything was straightforward and worth it. I purchased this beautiful Trampoline for my kids as the summer is around the corner. It comes in a relatively small box, but everything was inside the box. It was heavy for sure so you need some help to carry it around. I laid out all the parts on the ground before setting it up afterwards it took me around one and a half hour to fully assemble it. It looks like a solid built. Turns out to be a really beautiful trampoline. My kids loved it It is a little chilly outside, but they still go and jump around on it. I’m really excited myself as well because I love my kids to be outdoor rather and spending inside on computers and tablets.

The only complaint I have is that the net came with rope to tie around the trampoline and little instructions. It didn’t feel super secure but it’s been holding up for a few months now. Just make sure you know how to tie knots like a sailor and you’ll be good

when it arrived i found that it appears to be a return that has been thrown in a very damaged box and taped up. i can see that all the steel poles are not in any kind of wrapping or tied together. They are just loose in the box. I'm afraid to open it in hopes of a replacement. I have emailed the company , Soft Inc. they have not responded. I also sent Walmart a email with no response. I'm afraid it may have missing or damaged parts.

Angie's list was wonderful they were here prompt and on time when they began putting the trampoline together one of the pieces to the frame was bent. Angie's list took that piece somewhere to be repaired then came back the next day to discover none of the springs were included. I had contacted the 3rd party seller multiple times to request springs no response. Walmart customer service was great they refunded my money for the Angie's list and trampoline. The company that sells the trampoline their customer service is horrible and doesn't exist.

Im so upset. I got this for my kids this summer so they could have a new trampoline due to our old being wore down. I have never received my trampoline and its so upsetting sending that money to not get the trampoline and I have wrote then about 5 times witb not one response back 😔 😡. I hope they see this and I can hopefully be sent me trampoline and this review can be changed from upsetting to we love out trampoline.

This is my 5th trampoline I have put together, and this one was horrible! NONE of the holes matched up any where close to where they should be. It also seems very cheaply made! It’s supposed to be heavy duty. I’m very unhappy. If I didn’t have it all unpacked, I would return it!

The box arrived damaged and opened. It's a Christmas gift for my grand kids so I won't know if any pieces are missing until my son puts it together after Christmas. I uderstand its a heavy item but it should be sent in a durable package for shipping. I'm debating o. if I should return it and keep tge 10ft I thought I had cancelled but apparently it wasnt cancelled.
