I've had this saw for a couple of years and an certain I'll have it many more. I was initially disappointed with performance out of the box. I came to learn that to be precise, a saw should be set up precisely. The fence was badly out of alignment. Unlike many other miter saws where a bad fence would be the end, this saw allows for adjustment it every way you can imagine. Once set up even fast cuts are clean and precise. I can knock out oak picture frames with less effort than it takes to measure and mark. Minimal finishing required. The only change I've made are to better kerf plates.
Great saw. Very versatile. Used it for framing and trim jobs. It definitely excels as a framing saw but can be dialed for trim work. Now issues with this saw. Would like to have a shadow line, I never use al the laser. Looking to get the 7 1/4” sliding miter saw to add to the tool chest.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this saw for several years and have had great results. Easy calibration and smooth sliding mechanism
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the first one lasted twenty years with no problems, it just got tired like me.
Bought 1 year ago. It is easy to use; set up for compound angles is intuitive, accurate, and easy to change settings. Light and laser marker are nice features. It is great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for over a year and absolutely love every feature of this saw. A must have for any contractor or DIYer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have it for over 3 years by now and find it as solid and reliable tool in my shop. Good combination of quality and money spent. Many pros and just one con - laser marker adjustment could be designed and made better
The 10" blade is stiffer than the 12" saws providing a cleaner cut, while still being able to crosscut the shelving materials in one cut. I highly recommend this saw for years of high quality craftsmanship
Everything is great except the laser is not the greatest.
As previously stated I'm not in any way pleased with this tool. I spent a couple hours trying to readjust the the settings that should be done at the factory. There are a couple major problems that can't be fixed the biggest one being the blade wobble. Feels to me like an internal bearing issue. This saw is best suited for a 10 year old that doesn't care about the quality of their work
