Can't think of one negative thing about it!
Has worked well for us. Won't say it was EASY to install (no toilet ever is), but we got it in correctly the first time! The tank fills with water very quickly. The "Biscuit" color matches our other almond fixtures. Amazed at how quickly it arrived and how well packaged it was. Both bowl and tank were in pristine condition.

BEST Alternative to Toto Toilet for shallow rough-in situations!
Articles online reference the Toto toilet for challenging shallow rough-in situations but the Toto toilet prices are ridiculous. American Standard and other brands just won't work either. We had a 8" rough-in toilet flange during a remodel and this worked perfectly (in conjunction with a Sioux Chief Offset Flange.) Great price, super fast shipping!!!

Build quality is suffering
The bolt opening alignments aren't straight; the whole bowl seems slightly skewed -- not symmetrical. We'll see how they perform. But, initial impressions aren't great. Note: the ProFlo tubs we got seem fine. I can't say I'm crazy about these toilet bowls. Cheap, sure, but not representing quality. I'll not likely order more of these.

Good toilet for investment property
Good toilet. Comes in two separate packages. The delivery company lost the tank. Nicer toilets on the market, but for the price it works well for investment properties. Thanks
