These didn't cost a lot compared to similar weights and they have made a great difference in my heart rate during workouts

I like that's they're easy to put on, and I can use them for arm workouts as well. The design is very nice and doesn't bother me during workouts. I could see myself purchasing these again but with heavier weights.

These weights are as the item presents. My only problem with them is that they are a little rough on the edges. I was hoping to wear them for longer periods of time, but the edges rub after a little while and with having diabetes, could cause problems

The physical therapist had 2' weights and she had my husband use them and I ordered these from Walmart and she was impressed at their quality. They are easy for my husband who is 88 to put on and use. Hopefully they will help him to continue to improve

Well, said 10 lbs and adjustable. I thought it meant adjusting the weight. Also, even together, no way they're 10 lbs! More like 2 each.

They are way too bulky and large for my ankles. I am afraid of tripping when partaking in my daily 30-minute brisk exercise walks. Gonna have to focus on keeping my feet further apart, to prevent tripping and falling. I wish I had looked further into purchasing smaller ones, same weight. I do not recommend my selection.
