Super quiet and great heat output!
I have this heater in my office and it puts out amazing comfortable heat! It's also suuuuuper quiet. I have had other space heaters that circulate the air with an internal fan, but this one takes the cake! It's the quietest space heater I have ever had.

Great Office Heater (Very Safe)
I have purchased 4 of these for offices in the building that have a lot of windows. They have been working great. I'm sure I will be getting more requests as we move into winter.

Did not work
The heater kicked on for a sum total of about 3 minutes and stopped working. I recalibrated the thermostat and did the soft then hard reset as recommended by the instructions. Infared elements do not glow and there is no fan blowing. Very disappointed. And cold. No response from Heatstorm with phone call.
