It is small and not as realistic, As the one I got last year but that one only lasted about 3 months and stoped working. So I purchased this one thinking it would be the same but you cannot adjust the flame brightness and the door doesn’t open but it is very cute. Very Halloweenie . It will work for a small room but I probably should have spent more money for a better version. Hopefully it won’t burn out. It is cute !

hate that it is made of plastic, but love the fireplace affect. arrived quickly and just in time as Deland, Florida is going to get some cold and possibly freezing weather in couple days. my dogs just really enjoy laying in front of faux fireplace with out heat. but I am sure they will really appreciate the heat soon. I have several medical issues and I freeze even when it is hot. Raynaud's where my fingers get really cold. of course still have to have fan on so room doesn't get stuffy. will update after weather gets cold. we had brutal winter in 2024 right into Hottest summer heat index in 112. so I figure we are going to have another brutal winter this year. I am 74 and sort of dress like it is winter all the time. I have decided the heat is worse than the cold. just wish things were made of metal instead of plastic. actually ordered black bathroom faucet and new filtered shower head with filter but both were also plastic.

Little but mighty. I love this product so much I had to order another one. We missed our fireplace while we were traveling in our fifth-wheel so I thought I would try this one out and like I said we love it. Perfect for a smaller bedroom or living room. I highly recommend it.

There's nothing I didn't like. This little heater puts out more heat than we need. It is so cute and I don't have to worry about Kylee Jo 22 months, getting hurt if she happens to touch it. It stays cool on the outside.

I was so excited to buy this heater for my study room. Heater generates heat but not enough to heat the room also dissatisfied with the heater and size of the heater

PAY ATTENTION to the size. When I bought this the description said it was 60". I contacted the seller and they updated the listing. This is *very small* maybe 14 inches wide. For the price I paid I expected something larger. I didn't remove it from the box after realizing how small it was so I can't review the functions. Returning.

Be careful using this heater. It often over heats and is expensive to run. Nice flame, but not entirely realistic looking.

Waited 2 wks and never got it. claims it was delivered but wasnt. looked all day for it to come. Im so dissapointed and wm keeps saying it was delivered but if it was delivered they always take pictures of the pkg delivered on step and wasnt no picture taken so thats proof it wasnt delivered. No messages either explaining why or anything left. This happened one other time i ordered it was marked delivered and it didnt show up on step but they found it few days later but this time havent heard anything about why its not here. I dont want a refund i want that infrared heater plse find it. suppose to of been here by Dec 17th.

Cheap plastic, incredibly, they each cost $70 what a complete rip off. Instructions in Spanish. Do not look safe at all.

It wasn't too cold when used first time and doesn't work for my living room this little fire place it's for a room not bigger than 5 feet square.
