I have always been a Targus fan and this backpack only added to my love of this company's products. The zippers are smooth; the backpack is very lightweight, but feels sturdy; the inside pockets and slots are perfect for my external HDD, USB keys, tablet and other gear, and it's just a great bag. You can't go wrong with this.
So far it seems like a solid backpack. Just got it and haven't used it but overall impressed with the quality and design. Was looking for a slim backpack without being too clunky with too many pockets, zippers, pouches, etc with just enough space to carry a few essentials other than a laptop. The water bottle holder seems tight so not too sure how that'll work out. Not really a fan of the flat checkpoint friendly design for it to open and lay completely flat but it's workable.
Absolutely fabulous bag for the price. Very travel friendly with couple of front pockets and a side pouch for water bootle. The middle compartment is roomy, and can hold an iPad %26 a kindle reader. It also has provision to keep some personal items like a watch or cell phone concealed with a zip. The outer layer is well padded that can hold up to 16' laptop. Also, this bag can be placed conveniently on a carry on bag as well.
This is great if you're looking for a bag for the airplane, but do not have to pack a lot of clothes because it's cushioned and it's good to hold a laptop. It's nice and structured and it's a great value.
The backpack is well designed, it has an excellent laptop compartment, it's light and good looking. The only issue I have with the design is an annoying metal sound of zipper pulls bouncing while walking.
I had low expectations for this bag being as though I paid around 12 bucks for it, but was pleasantly surprise at the quality and minimalist feel to it.
Surprisingly decent quality for the price. I like that it opens all the way for the laptop part Even if I don't use it for a laptop, it's nice if I have to pack anything large like a binder or a spare sweatshirt
I've been enjoying this bag for going back and forth to work. Holding my laptop %26 other goodies. Great pockets, storage and quality. Definitely recommend
This is a great travel backpack. My only major issue is that there is only 1 bottle holder on one side and that bottle holder is small. Most of the popular water bottles these days will either not fit or be an extremely tight fit making it hard to put in and take out. Otherwise, there are many pros: - lots of pockets - lots of space - strap to allow for sliding it onto a carry on bag handle - cushioned on the back for comfort
The organization is very thoughtful and it has pockets for everything I could want to put into it...notebook, 104-key mechanical keyboard, a portable 15" screen, external mouse, usb hub, a couple of different bluetooth devices, etc. All so well-organized. Then I have room for snacks, tickets, etc., for the plane. My only dig is that I can't tell how well it will wear. I travel a lot. I have a Tumi luggage set and wanted a matching backpack, but thought I'd give this inexpensive alternative, at 1/20th the cost of a Tumi, a try first. If it stands the test of time, I'll come back and bump it to 5.
