I ordered this laptop feeling really optimistic, especially given the advertised memory and inclusion of Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024. On paper, it seemed like a great value for a business or student setup. After waiting close to three weeks for it to arrive, there was no activation code included for Windows 11 Pro. That left me with a device I couldn't properly set up or use as intended. I reached out to the seller for support, but never received a response. Due to the lack of activation and no customer service follow-up, I ended up returning the laptop. Because of that, I'm unable to speak to its performance or long-term usability. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not what I expected.
