Just the back heat when in charge
Very prompt shipping, the laptop looks and performs fantastic. The only negative is a total lack of a manual or instructions for set up, although I had no issues getting it started. The screen quality is great, the size and weight are perfect for what I need.

Overall I like this computer. I did have a problem with it as the screen disconnected from the keyboard and it caused the screen to crack. I am working on getting it fixed though, luckily I purchased the protection plan. I would recommend this computer though. It is well worth the money and is highly functional and meets the basic needs of what I needed it for. Perfect for my Junior High age student!
i really don't like the backlight on the keyboard. Makes it difficult to actually see the letters on the keyboard. Wish there was a way to turn it off. Otherwise, it is a great laptop.
Had this computer close to 2 weeks now and the only issue thus far is the mousepad will work sometimes then mouse will move somewhere totally different than where im directing it. I have to sometimes lock the mouse pad or restart my computer to get mouse pad and cursor working properly only for about a minute then foes right back to working improperly
my husband bought me this laptop august 1st 2025 and august 8th the mouse pad started lagging and not wanting to work right and on august 10th i was going to charge the laptop to be ready for work the next day because this was a WORK computer and it would not charge. the computer sat on the charger for 48 hrs and never came back on this laptop is garbage it was a waste of $200 my husband had to end buying me a whole new computer because this 1 will not turn on.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HUNK OF JUNK!!!!
This is the worst laptop I have ever experienced. It is truly 'E-waste'. I knew I was buying something that was not going to be the most powerful laptop, but I certainly did not think technology THIS slow and glitchy still existed. This thing was barely worth $10. It was like trying to operate some kind of 90's kids toy. The parts in it were as cheap as they could possibly be, and the laptop also had no label or brand written anywhere on it which I found to be rather sketchy. Technology like this should be illegal. My desktop dell from 2003 ran better than this thing. Also, what's interesting, is as SOON as I purchased this laptop, the price immediately went up about $150, as if the seller assumed there was demand because I bought it. Now, I see the price is back down, probably because the seller can see that I initiated a return. Sketchy. Horrible. Slow. Cheap. Should be illegal to get away with selling stuff like this.
