I have been using this Laptop pretty much 10 hours a day since I got it and have not had one problem. The setup was easy and it is a no bloatware laptop. Comes with Windows 11, the start up is quick and any program that you don't want or need from Microsoft is easily uninstalled. Only gripe is the keyboard feels a bit cheap however, the laptop was cheap.

This has been the best item I have purchased in awhile. It has clear, beautiful graphics and allows the potential to add functional options. great for college students and writers. There is still much to learn about the operation of the computer. What a great purchase.

its a nice looking computer, how ever it needs a mouse, better to understand instructions- step by step in setting it up >for elderly people. that would be better than a dozen txt messages. the apps store has a very few selections to choose from and just a few i could use.

Definitely a great budget laptop...if you can get past the few drawbacks. Screen backlight, the maximum display brightness is very still very dark. And the battery only lasts 3 hrs tops without plugging it in and it gets hot when plugged into the charger. Major pluses though the processor is fast, it easily takes SD card to ramp up that storage. Very Solid buy.

I disliked that it didn't come with left and right mouse pad buttons, which forces you to have to plug in a regular mouse, making it not as portable. I also disliked the keyboard alignment, which made it offset slightly to the left, which is confusing and messes up my typing

I did not like the conflicting information I got from the tech experts regarding set-up. J was truly disappointed with the entire experience. On my last call, the tech told me I did not have a year of tech support, which I do. He also said a box was in the mail that I could use to return the computer. I didn't want a box, I wanted more coordinated hand-holding on setting up the device

I'm pretty sure we received a refurbished laptop. When my daughter turned it on it wanted password info for "Tim", which is obviously not my child's name. She had to factory reset aftwr searching instructions on Google although I paid for 1 year of tech support and setup I have received no way to access it, no instructions, no email. DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, soon as I find out how.

I purchased online and delivered it to my resident. After opening the packing box I noticed there was no brand name anywhere on the manufacture box. I decided that this is not a product I want. I try making a return request but was not allowed, The only option is to bring to Walmart ctr out of state which is not something I can do and that is why I purchased online. I called and finally speaking and explained that there was nothing stating that Walmart will not accept returns by mail or carriers and the only option was in person. He told me he will reach out to the higher level and if they approve I will receive a email with a label to return this item or if not approve then I would not hear from them. I will never purchase anything from Walmart again. This is a SCAM. I am an a Senior with disability and have no access getting to another State just to make a return because the Walmart is selling Generic goods.

The computer was fine for the first 84 days I owned it. Then went dead, and I couldnt recharge it. walmart WILL not cover anything you have had more than 30 days, unless you purchase their "protection plan". BUYERS BEWARE!! obviously these are seconds, refurbished machines. Not good quality.

This laptop crashed immediately after setting up. The store cannot take it back for a refund as described because there is no serial number on it and serial number in the laptop doesn't match the one on the box. im still fighting with Walmart over this and get lied to every time i call.
