I'm very disappointed after reading all the five star ratings. it's probably adorable for a guest room when you want to fold it down into a bed easily. though firmer than expected. But I just moved. I wanted something comfortable this time for watching TV after sitting on hard velvet furniture for 5 years. the shape makes it difficult. I have to slide forward a little with the pillow under my back to make my knees in the right place. and I have long legs! or it cuts off after my knees. But then my head hangs back. facing the middle two people would touch knees. And that's only comfortable with my head hanging back. that's comfortable but I don't watch TV on the ceiling! I've tried and tried with more pillows. one behind my head isn't bad. A bigger pillow behind me facing inwards, Is the only way it works. but then my arms need something. disappointed! because it's adorable with my decorative pillows. But it's my only sofa!!! Hope I can return it and fit it through the door! I'm in Senior living. I wanted the cloud sofa but it was sold out! It did puff out more every day for about 3. As did the pillows I think. So it doesn't cut below my knees anymore but too much work! sitting here texting isn't bad but not for watching TV. Spare sofa only! Pretty nice for a bed, but firm. Disappointed.

Not even 2 months and couch rip On the sides not the best

The issue is I never received it I was not home when it was delivered but they sent me a picture. I contacted Walmart they said contact the seller I contracted the seller they said contact fed ex. Fed ex said they cannot locate the package and was closing out the case. I told Walmart and they said they will contact the seller and if the seller doesn’t make things right after 48 hours then Walmart would but I’ve heard nothing back except the seller showing me the pic again saying it was delivered and that next time they will have it to where you need to sign. I thought it been that way and also thought when you’re not home you get a slip with further instructions but I guess not!
