Great value for a first bike. Our little one's first upgrade from tricycle. Not only pink, with princesses, but she can carry along her favorite doll in the back. I did choose to get a premade one found in the store instead of putting together on my own.
Awesome bike everyone loves this bike. It's really sharp looking. It has all kinds of little details that are very impressive. Really good build quality. Really good price.
This is adorable and so easy for my 4 year old to ride. She loves the seat to let her baby dolls ride with her and the light up princess bell in the front is a huge plus too. It was also easy to put together and overall, a great little bike.
Bought bike unassembled intentionally for transportlng. Assembly was easy taking about 20 minutes. Had to provide (2) wrenches (not included) to complete assembly. Only (1) thing about the design and that is the inability to locate the handlebars closer to the seat for little short arms. Granddaughter, (3 years old) took off riding and loves it!
The Disney Princess design is really nice and kids will love it. It's a good size for beginners and the training wheels help a lot. However, the overall build quality feels cheap, and some parts don't seem very durable. It works for light use, but may not hold up well over time. Overall, okay for the price, but quality could be better.
I recieved a 12cinch bike rather than the 16 inch I ordered. Needed to make another trip to the store to pickup. Customer Service Rep did not offer to help see if a 16 inch bike was in stock sent us back to the toy department to look for ourselves. No associates available to help me (Grandma)
the training wheels are so cheap they bend form the bike. they do not keep the bike from falling even at the slightest lean. they are not even and cause the bike to wobble too much and fall over. we even bought separate universal training wheels to install and they do not work with the bike either. pretty disappointed for my daughter's first bike.
The front tire on the bicycle keeps deflating and my kid is very small. My husband has to keep putting air in the tire. It was already flat when he brought it home.
The bike arrived and appears to be used (all tires dirty and the training wheels worn more than they should be for “in store” use). Hoping I can rectify with a new one sent to me.
Missing all bolts/washers/nuts needed for accessories. Called customer service number and the voicemail greeting said they were closed for the New Year and would open January 3rd - except its April. It's almost Easter, and they haven't opened their phone lines since December?
