16" Oscillating Stand Fan with Remote Control

A fan with a lot of features for a very reasonable price. Easy to assemble - arrived very fast. Well packaged. I would recommend this fan.

Is a great fan, love the remote and quietness

This fan is the best. Easy to put together, I like the timing mode, you can set to shut off. I do wish there was a place to attach the remote to the base when not being used.

May have reviewed before or it was dumped. Was only about $28. Now about $33! Cons: another fan with not true blades...a bit of a wooble! "Can they not make the fan props better? Could be a little more tighter at center joint(elec.taped area at knob! Pros: powerful! 3 speed works good but low speed not low enough! "Make extra low speed"? Many MODES! Time off (.5hr to 7.5hr in half hour increments). Auto on/off cylcle works well. Low or middle speed is best! High speed is really fast! Still not that loud but I would not use high speed for extended periods of time. Too fast!!! The remote works great!

The design is very nice. Love the remote feature. Very solid base. The process of setting the time is very inefficient. Takes multiple presses to go through every half hour to reach maximum. There are plastic and rubber parts that screw onto metal which tears the softer material. The power cord is external rather than inserted into the column through the base which is not a good design.

Arrived with a part missing. Company sent the part to CA instead of me here in MO when I called them. Very inefficient, and worst of all the fan is totally ineffectual. You have to sit right in front of it to feel any breeze at all. I seriously advise against purchasing this fan.

Turns on but do not like it, too technical as I cant seen to set it to run 7 1/2 hours, and when it shuts off it beeps and wakes me up. I really should have looked at the details, I wanted a fan to turn on and off with a remote.

I bought this because I had one before, but this one came with the box open, I put it together and then the remote doesn't work, not I have two that don't work

The first one I received didn't work on high and popped (tried to overstep the range)when it was oscillating. I did a defective return / exchange. The replacement was also broke. I'm returning it and looking for something else.

I bought this expecting similar performance to my Lasko fan that is the exact same size, just without remote. VERY disappointed in what I got. I put it and the Lasko in the same room to verify it's not my imagination... The Lasko on high is easily felt ten feet away as a nice breeze, but this thing by Optimus on high "normal" mode (full power) is barely stirring the air by five feet away and is a glorified white noise machine at ten feet. Put the Optimus on one of the variable modes and the useful range of actual air circulation is even shorter! Never buying this brand again, for anything!
