Love this shaker. I've had one like it before and needed a new one.

Just what I was looking for! These are awesome. I can put my shake powder in one compartment and my supplements in the other and screw them onto the bottom of the shaker cup and take it with me to prepare whenever I'm ready.

The interlocking containers lock in and are very secure. They are handy when using powder mixes during the day. Just put your powder in the storage container, stop and pick up a cold bottle of water, shake it up, and enjoy. I bought it for me, but my husband has taken it over. He puts his vitamins in one continer, powdered collagen in the other, then mid-morning he grabs a coldbotte of water, mixes his collagen, takes his vitamins, then enjoys his drink. It is good for Crystal Light individual packets. Empty the packet in the small container; or use 2 different flavors of Crystal Light, one in each container. Then, when you want a cold drink, add cold water and ice to the large bottle and add your favorite powdered drink mix. You can mix it fresh. You dont have to carry around the same drink you mixed up before leaving for work. It gets warm throughout the day. The bottle isnt really large. It is just the right size!

I previously bought this shaker and liked it so much I bought a second one. Use it all of the time. All my other shakers were bigger and I wanted one the would hold 16 oz and fit in a specific part of the door of my refrigerator. This one does both. The container that can be attached were an extra bonus. I have attached them on occasion but also use for individual portions to put in refrigerator. So glad I bought this shaker.

These feel as though their made of good quality material. They have a thick, hard plastic feel to them. Just the right size for my protein powder to go into one of the containers and my shake powder to go into the other container to take with me to work. The 2 containers can connect together or separate them and they can twist onto the bottom of the shaker. The pill containers are in the lids of both containers and twists out for you to use. I'm contemplating on purchasing another set just to have as a spare in case they sell out. Yes, I do recommend this product.
