Purchased for my elderly parent. They have Alzheimer's and just recently caught the flu and did not want to eat anything. They are already very picky so this was our last resort. They loved it, so now we have discovered something to help give them their vitamins and protein in. We will continue to incorporate these in their diet. So far we have only used vanilla.

Ensure drinks are a good quick resource to get the nourishment your body needs when you just don't have the time to sit down for a meal. I've been using these drinks for years and they are quite good. They are a bit pricey but, what isn't nowadays.

I buy these shakes all the time! I absolutely love them! The Ensure Complete Vanilla Nutritional Shakes are the ones I get, and their literally the best nutritional shakes I've ever had!! Their creamy delicious taste, will leave you getting sad once it's empty! Worth every penny!!!

Originally I was not a fan. But after experiencing some health issues and losing a significant amount of weight, I started drinking 2 a day and I have gained at least 6 pounds back in 2 weeks

The Ensure is great. Unfortunately they only delivered qty 1 ,4pack when I ordered and paid for qty2, 4packs., so I rate Walmart as a 0. This is not the first time they have screwed up a simple order.

I like the flavor of this protein drink, most you cant stomach unless you force yourself. This one is actually good and it has all the protein I need to start my day right.

My 2nd order though 2nd came short called Walmart and took care of it next day I received the seven pack remaining.

A good tasting protein shake but like so many others it leaves you wondering why it isn't larger. It feels like 2-3 sips and its gone!

I bought a 4 pack vanilla ensure complete. I was drinking this ensure, as I got to the mid bottom, I noticed there was a lot of unpleasant tasting, chunky clutter residue at the bottom , when I was almost finished. So, I'd drink what I could but then had to dispose the rest. This product is pricey, I am on a budget, so this was a waste of my monthly pennies. Too many chunks at the bottom. Got to move elsewhere…..

If I didn't HAVE to drink this to increase my protein, I certainly wouldn't. Never tried it before but it's pretty chalky and gross. If you freeze it for a little while it becomes more palatable. Add a little ice cream and you probably won't gag.
