So far this little gadget works as expected. Pretty quick switching between apps. The only issue I've had was getting Spotify to log in. But I didn't have my time and dates set, so it thought I was in a different country. Set the time and dates and restarted the device and everything worked as it should. Bought this mainly for audiobooks for the car. The sound is clear and was able to just listen thru the internal speaker while washing dishes, heard it just fine. So far it's working just fine. If any issues come about, I'll edit my review.

For the price this product far exceeds my expectations-great sound, it comes with Pandora already loaded and it arrived 2 days after I ordered it. I couldn't be happier.

I'm really happy with this Innioasis music player! The 160GB storage is plenty for my music library, and the Spotify and Pandora apps make it easy to discover new tunes. The battery life is great, too - I can go all day without needing to recharge. The parental controls are a nice touch, especially since my kids use it too. The sound quality is good, and it's just an all-around solid device. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, affordable music player.

I purchased this MP3 player for my eleven year old daughter. This device is kid friendly. I love the way it's constructed,, small enough to hold and thick enough in case it's dropped for protection. The set up was simple and fast. There were already apps loaded on the player. The display was clear and easy to read. It sounded really good as well. She really enjoys listening to music and was super happy to received this as a gift for her birthday.

I'm really happy with this MP3 player so far. It was already charged and ready to go right out of the box. I enjoy listening music while I exercise and do yard work, so this was the perfect solution so I don't have to carry my phone with me. I just had to log into my favorite apps that are already installed on this player and it was ready to go. It's the perfect size to carry in my pocket.

This is a nice gift, it's sturdy and the case makes it even more resilient. My only meh factor here is that it doesn't allow you to add more streaming apps, like Disney or Netflix or let you upload your Internet provider apps for more streaming. But for my 9 year old, the music and limited preloaded apps keep her occupied when on the go without the need for a smartphone.

The documentation that comes with it is incomplete and semi-worthless. The complete user guide is not available for this model, but innioasis says the G1 manual is good enough, I thought I had found the one for the S4 but now can't find it again. Terrible customer experience. Under the MUSIC icon, there were no menu items, just 4 other apps with no documentation available. You have to activate the Hiby app to get to the music options. But there are no menu options! Even then, you have to guess that to find those, you need to swipe right and left first. Very frustrating. It DID load my music files quickly (245 songs) from a non- apple PC. The screen in the sun is unreadable. The sound is very tin-y, but perhaps the graphic equalizer will help, after I read the user manual, which looks extensive, complex and confusing. Overall, it seems to deliver the functions as advertised, so a fair value for the money. Because of the few comments about their units crapping out soon after purchase, I did opt for the protection plan.

For me, I tried everything I found possible to connect my imac, itunes library to this MP3 and nothing worked. The unit was a really nice unit, easy to basic set up and outside of my situation I would recommend it.

This device worked great for about four days, then all of a sudden it went dead. Even after charging it would never power back up. It had all of the specifications I was looking for and I got a great black Friday deal, but unfortunately, some reviews did say that the device just stops working. And unfortunately, I got one that did just that.

This was a birthday present for my 10 year old son. It worked for two weeks then stopped holding a charge. It won't power up despite trying multiple different chargers.
