Neat little player with Spotify, Audible and browser preinstalled. Convenient to use with Alexa. Drawback: could not install CloudLibrary app to play audiobooks from the library.

I wanted something smaller than a tablet but one that would let me easily navigate file folders. This a a high quality device with a paired down Android system is what I need for saved music, video and ebook files plus streaming sources. It also has a clock with alarm, voice recorder and FM radio that records. While 16GB is small, it is plenty for existing apps and you cannot add more. I put in a 512GB storage card with room for EVERYTHING. Not a phone, not a game machine, but something to play your stuff! Even has better than average earbuds! Also a well-printed manual!

I bought this to play Bluetooth speaker Spotify music at our shop. It's excellent for the purpose. Easy to setup and clear sound. I'm not using it for anything else so I didn't explore other features but the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and music playing features are great.

it serves its purpose , which is to free up my phone as I use the mp3 player, connected to my hotspot , to stream music on my school bus . my only problem is when i try to see the name of the song on the Bluetooth radio. it's always Nina Simone's 'Don't let me be misunderstood '. Lol. It's not a big deal, just a little inconvenience.

I am disapointed! It takes a long time to charge the battery, like 24 hours just to get a full charge. It also willnot allow you to add apps, so you can only use what is preloaded. The memory is also used up very easily, so I am going to have to get an SD card for it. I purchased it to use at work where we are only allowed to use MP3 players instead of phones, so I was looking forqward to downloading podcasts directly to it. The device does do this, BUT it is confusing how to delete them once I have listend to each one. It is cumbersome to use, but I am, struggling through becaseu I don't have any other options.

The battery will not hold a charge even when turned off, even overnight. So every time it is used it needs to be recharged. The rest of the product is exactly what we were looking for but the battery life isn't worth it.

I received an empty box!! Wal mart would not respond to my messages or just leave you on hold if you call any store!! This was a birthday gift!! Shame on you Wal mart!!!! I will never order anything from Wal mart again. Neither will my husband!!! Again can't show you what it looks like bc it was an empty box!! A nursing home patient gift at that!!!!

I thought it would be more like a phone. And it was. But I couldn't figure out how to put the apps that I wanted to put on it on it. I haven't used it since because it was just easier to use an old phone that already had the app and the songs I wanted on it.

Didn't work and Walmart would not let me return the only way I got a refund because I purchased insurance. Walmart should tell you before you purchase this item that it is not returnable

We've bought two of these and both times AirPods will connect just fine and then randomly 2 days later it will no longer connect even if we reset it to factory settings.
