I wasn't expecting much from an ice scoop, but this one impressed me. I've dropped it a few times on tile flooring and it hasn't cracked or chipped. Good quality for the price.

I was excited to receive my new slushie machine, but unfortunately it did not work. I tried using the following day after setting it up to make a spiked slushie and nothing after 30 minutes of trying.

driver just threw the the box on the porch. Good thing only the shipping box got damaged. The box didn't weigh that much. I will think about ordering from them again.

As i'm reading all the manual, I noticed there wasn't no recipes to make anything. It says it's a slush ice cream maker without recipes. How are you supposed to make slushes or ice cream. Went online into find recipes for this machine useing model number that tells you what kind of recipes you can make. Horrible. No contact number to call, for the recipe book that's supposed to come with a machine. Not worth the time or money I spent for this machine.
