Quality filter, good company
These seem to be quality filters. Also I am a filter dork and want to know things like pressure drop, so I emailed Nordic pure several times and received an answer same day every time.

Better than others
This is not a flimsy construction and filters the rush of air through it without collapsing. This particular MERV rating is appropriate for my furnace/AC unit airflow without short cycling the motor. Dust, dander and pet hair get visibly caught and change it every month.

Overall Solid Product
These filters are a great value compared to some of the bigger name brands. They cut down on visible dust in my home and help me reduce seasonal allergy symptoms. They fit well and don't allow air to escape around the sides.

Nowhere on the filter does it state its rating. I have to ASSUME that the filters you sent me are the MERV 8 that I ordered.
