17" Rolling Personal Item Under Seat Duffel for United Airlines

While I liked the product, it does not stand on it's own. No matter how it is packed, even with something hard on the bottom, it falls over. Feel like I am chasing a toddler when using this.

This rolling duffle is a nice small bag for an under airplane seat option. The handle can be a little difficult to extend but it's a nice alternative to carrying a backpack.

iPad Air only fits (barely) in the padded slot without a case. The bag is big enough to hold it, just not in the intended location. I will be able to fit several days worth of clothes and necessities. I was just really disappointed with the padded slot. I read all the reviews and none of them said this.

We ordered the luggage for travel but it arrived late and we did not need it anymore and we did not open the package. we sent the request to return the product, but we were told to contact the seller and they would contact us within 48 hours. But, after five days, no one from seller nor Walmart contacted me regarding the return and refund. We are very disappointed; therefore we resend the return request today. Hope Walmart is able to take care and solve the matter for us ASAP. Thank you.

This was not upto the specifications and the quality was poor. Although, I wanted to return this item, Walmart was not able to take it back within the first week because of the supplier issue. I still have it without using it.
