good quality for how cheap it is, i expected to just use it for what i need to do right now, but it might accompany me if and when i go to college!
For the money, this is a great deal. Easy to setup and easy to use.
Perfect for my basic needs, mainly looking at my sd cards and surfing/shopping on the Internet.
Look, the laptop itself is doing what I need it to do so I can't complaint there but the copy of Windows that was installed on it was already registered to someone else, meaning that I couldn't register it myself and some features aren't available without registering it. I ordered a NEW laptop. What I didn't realize was that the seller would put a used copy of Windows on it. All I got was a sorry and here's a 10 dollar credit toward your next order. Be careful with this seller!
The prompts require at least 1 star but this a 0 star across the board for me. Laptop was not functional at all. I purchased the protection plan, they won't help because it's still covered by the seller. Walmart is giving me the run around, keeps telling me I will get a response in 48 hours from the seller but no response. I just want my money back and it looks like I'm going to have to file a fraud report with my bank to get it. Oh and no where in the listing it stated this item came from MARKETPLACE but it did so they are selling used damaged electronics and not telling the customers.
I guess you have to be a pro at Windows to run this. I am returning it and you have to be a pro at returning this item.
