Exactly what expected! I was afraid to purchase dreading the return process if the item was a fail. It was so easy to place in my apartment and it popped up out of plastic perfectly. Still have to wait 72 hours for it to expand fully. Pictures were taken 2 hours after opening. Love this sectional and price.

Very nice high quality boneless couch! Fluffed up immediately and is super thick fabric, like suede. This couch is so big, but also so many way to configure it. Love this couch, great purchase.

We love this sectional! It's so comfortable. The pieces stay in place even on our very slick tile floor. The seats are deep and comfortable even without the back cushions since it is all firm foam. We also appreciate how many arrangement options there are. Our grandkids will love making one giant bed out of it when they come to stay.

We love this sectional! We were nervous about our purchase because we couldn’t see it in person first, but we were pleasantly surprised by its quality. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the corner cushion is not as firm as the larger cushions. We are planning to add extra foam to that section. We haven’t put all of the pieces together yet because our Christmas tree is in the way. The fabric and color are exactly what we were looking for and the dog hair hasn’t been an issue. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase. The whole family has been enjoying it. I took pictures but keep in mind that it’s only been out of the box for 24 hours. It will be fully filled out in 72.

I am still waiting for the other set because they say they are coming separately I just get 3 seat and one table that still waiting for the other two seat

Very comfy, very nap worthy. easy to assemble just open the box in the first big space, it's easier to love the parts when they aren't compressed. It sits low and isn't the easiest to get out of, but it makes a great rec room couch for the kids.

It says that the seat is 45CM but after letting the piece sit for 5 days it is only 39CM high. That is a problem for me because I bought this because of the height of the seat. The couch is nice. It is a bit longer than expected but it fits well in my living room. The seating starts to sink in little deep after you have sat for more than a few hours. I would give high stars if the measurements were as listed and the foam was more dense.

I received missing parts to this couch. I was sent 3 boxes but surely there was some more because I didn't get the arm rests and some more sections. What I received looks funny and small compared to what I ordered from the pictures.

ALERT!! ALERT!! STAY AWAY!! This couch and this SELLER are one big epic fail. I'm disabled and this product is not sturdy and it's hazardous due to its boneless feature. to deal with this company to return this product is impossible,stay away. unopened products you pay for return shipping if they even send you the information to return the product. I know they still haven't sent me the return information so I can return this product.

They are stopping me from receiving a refund . They are threatening to keep my money and are prolonging the back and forth . Extremely concerned .
