1776 (50th Anniversary—Director’s Cut)

i have always liked this movie , very historic , something different to watch beside drama , horror, paranormal. anyone can watch it no matter what age.

Terrific new 4K release of this patriotic musical. The theatrical, Director's Cut and the Extended Cut are all in HD. It even includes the super long laserdisc cut! Albeit in SD. Two commentaries, deleted and alternate scenes, 9 screen tests and trailers round out the Special Features. THIS is the version to buy!

What a wonderful movie. It looks really good on 4k. It's also nice to get the extended versions of the movie. came on time and in great shape.

Such a great musical of our founding fathers. There's comic relief along with the tensions of fighting out what our democracy should look like.

Have always loved this movie. Watch it every independance day and listen to the siundtrack in election years. Favorite line , Jihn Adams "one useless man is called a discgrace, two are called a law firm, and three or more become a Congress..." Delivery was later than what was originally stated. But Walmart automatically ad matched with any action on my part. Overall positive experience.

The best version of a favorite musical.

Great 4K restoration for a film over 40 Years old!

my husband loves this movie

Prices have gone up over the pandemic by more than inflation. It looks like vendors are increasing prices on movies to pad their margins.

This three disc dvd is just a Repetitious film on all three disc,it's the same thing on all of these disc. I thought it was a movie about our INDEPENDENCE and not a musical story?? I thought these disc would be different, instead of the same thing. I thought these disc would tell the story about our COUNTRY FOUNDING and how our COUNTRY came into existence. Not this musical 🎶 that no one in this disc can even sing. Wouldn't recommend this dvd!!
