I was pleasantly pleased with this portable DVD player. The sound is good. The picture is good no complaints buttons that I've used seem to work just fine. I like everything about it and I would recommend it highly.

I bought this for my son as we have several trips coming up and I wanted to keep him entertained without a typical tablet. Its perfect and way better than the old school ones. The screen in huge, the sound %26 picture quality is great and it stayed charged through 2, 9 hour plane trips.

I tried it the day is received it. With a 50 yr video I took when my son was about 1 yr old and had just started walking. The quality was good. I haven't had time to try any of the many dvds I have or the many Movies I have . I hope they play well to . I love the size of the screen . If it continues working in this manner, I will be happy! If not I will let you know. That includes the service agreement I bought. I will update if needed. Ps. I like products that last. PERIOD.

Excellent portable dvd player, simple to use and plays great! Even my older dvds are crisp and sharp playback every time. Thanks- great product

This DVD Player has been great for travel. The kids absolutely love it and it's easy charging in the car. The battery seems to last a good while before needed to be charged again.

You can't adjust the volume, it is preset to only a mid range (supposedly for your hearing protection). I'm 72 and I need the volume UP but I can't adjust it. They have warnings on it about hearing loss, but they also block you from turning it up. It's unbelievably LOW. The set up is fine, screen etc., but the volume should be MINE.

i might have just gotten a bad one out of the bunch. Everything was great, it just stopped working abd charging after 2 weeks.

What I didn't like is the condition that it was delivered.. there was no name on the package of who it was from, it was not in a box but, solely in plastic wrap. I sent it to my family as a birthday gift.. they had no idea who it was from,and thought it was a scam. There are no instructions with the DVD player . There is no indication that it was purchased from a third party. So, I was under the impression it was from the store. Walmart needs to do better. If I hadn't contacted my family,they would never have known it was from me, and probably ended up in the garbage. They were ready to contact the police, as there are so many scams out there there .pretty disappointing
