It's very sturdy and held my 9' umbrella in place even during some very strong winds. It was also very easy to assemble and matched my umbrella and patio furniture perfectly.

It weighs almost 20 lbs so it can withstand wind gusts and will keep my umbrella sturdy. It appears to be made of a cast iron and I believe will be durable and last many many years. Mine is in a bronze color with almost rubbed gold finish. It has raised cast roses. Very attractive. I would purchase this myself.

This stand was easy to assemble it took about 5 min. I like the wide base so it won't blow over. I recommend this for anyone needing a new stand

My patio umbrella is now super stable and completely compatible with our table and chairs. It seems very durable and the bronze coloring looks like it will be quite weather resistant. My umbrella was too large for this base unfortunately, however it does have an adapter ring to accommodate different sized bases. This is also easy to move around the yard, weighing around 20 lbs. A nice choice if you are looking to spruce up your outdoor space.
