18" Magnetic Knife Bar

We put this magnetic knife holder in our living quarters horse trailer. We love it. No more knife block taking up space on the small countertop. Once we build, my husband wants another one in our house. He said Why didn't we get this sooner. Highly recommend. Thank you.

It is just what I needed...it fit the end of a 12" wide wall cabinet just right! My knives are handy and not all mixed up in a drawer with other utensils.

This was just a bit smaller than the stated 12 inches (11 and 7/8 exactly) but it fits perfectly beside my upper kitchen cabinet. Holds the knives just fine. I installed it high enough so that the handles of the knives do not stick down below the bottom of the cabinet, so I won't accidentally knock one off. Why didn't I buy this years ago?

Grew up in the kitchen. Have had a wall knife rack for decades. Old bar was wore out. This is the perect replacement. Just the right amount of room. Also like that it hits the studs and isn't relying on wallboard for support.

We love the magnetic knife bar. We bought two. One for the house and one for the camper. It is a really strong magnet that holds good but isn't too difficult to pull them off. It looks good also!

I am pleased with this knife holder. It has good strong magnets and the unit is sturdy. The 18" is wide enough to hold everything, including my kitchen scissors. The holder comes with screws for attaching to the wall. However, I didn't want to drill holes through my tile back-splash so I purchased the large Command Picture Hanging Strips to adhere the holder to the tile. Since the knife holder is rather heavy, I put 4 Command strips on the back and so far it's holding well.

Solid wood. Strong magnets. Screws included.

A well constructed knife rack/holder. The wood adds a warm accent for something so utilitarian and the magnetic strips do their job. It's a nice kitchen addition and I bet would be great as a small tool organizer.
